CvSU, Univ of Liverpool meet up for TNE

Cavite State University met with representatives from University of Liverpool Center of Excellence in Sustainable Food Systems for a partnership workshop organized by British Council held in Ortigas, January 6.

The discussion focused mainly on how they operate and implement transnational education, an essential information needed in the validation and improvement of the database being developed under Program HECTOR Higher Education Cooperation towards Transnational Education Open Resource which is funded by the Commission on Higher Education.

Representatives from CvSU include Dr. Rhodora Crizaldo and Prof. Jason Maniacop from the College of Education. Also present were the following: Atty. Lily Freida Milla, Director for International Affairs of CHED, Department of Science and Technology, Techno-Gabay, Food and Nutrition Research Institute and Department of Agriculture, together with other Philippine higher education institutions with TNE programs in UK universities and British Council.
