Dr. Nelia C. Cresino, Director, GAD Resource Center receives a Certificate of Appreciation from the Regional GAD Committee for her invaluable contribution to Calabarzon RGADC as Cavite State University GAD Director leading CvSU as a consistent Calabarzon Outstanding GAD Implementer-SUC Category from 2015-2018, and for being an active RGADC member from January 25, 2016 to June 1, 2019. The award was given on May 29, 2019 during the Second Quarter RGADC Meeting held at the NEAP Calabarzon, Malvar, Batangas.
