On 5 September 2022, the University’s quality management system (QMS) was subjected to an onsite surveillance audit by its partner auditing firm, SOCOTEC Certification Philippines, Inc. The audit team verified the compliance to standards of the university’s processes on the areas of management of learning, research and extension, health services, security services, human resources, financial management services, external and business affairs, procurement, guidance, library, control of documented information, internal quality audit, and management review. The audit team was composed of Ms. Merian Domingo as the lead auditor, and Ms. Mercedelin Flores, Ms. Anna Manlangit, and Mr. Mark Ilagan as support auditors.

During the closing meeting, the auditors highlighted positive feedbacks in the areas of top management commitment, control of documented information, and provision of resources especially library facilities. The results of the conducted surveillance audit will serve as a catalyst to continuously improve the operations of the institution.

The university, through Dr. Ma. Agnes P. Nuestro, OIC to the Office of the University President, commits to fully support and monitor the performance of its QMS.
