Aligned to the tenets of Truth, Excellence, and Service, the Cavite State University Human Resource Development Office (HRDO) headed by Dr. Mary Jane. D. Tepora facilitated an orientation program for newly-hired Administrative Aide III at the S.M. Rolle Hall on 19 April 2022.

The said activity is part of the Onboarding Program of HRDO which aims to seamlessly integrate the new employees into the University and help them understand their roles and eventually become productive members of institutions.

Before proceeding to the orientation proper, Dr. Camilo A. Polinga, Vice President for Administrative and Support Services and Officer In-charge (OIC) to the Office of University President, Dr. Ma. Agnes P. Nuestro delivered their messages. During his remarks, Dr. Polinga mentioned that while the new hires are rendering their service to the institution, the University also desires to enhance the skills and services of the new employees. Meanwhile, Dr. Nuestro said that she believes that the University hired the best and the brightest among many applicants and trusts that the new hires will perform their best.

Topics such as employment status, employment documents, dress code, official reporting time, attendance, resignation, code of ethics, duties, and responsibilities, prohibited acts and transactions, grounds for disciplinary actions, and performance expectations were discussed by Dr. Florindo C. Ilagan, Head of Recruitment, Selection, and Placement Unit of HRDO. Meanwhile, Ms. Abigail S. Cruz of the Rewards and Recognition Section talked about the compensation, benefits, and gratuity pay. An open forum was also conducted after the talk where the employees asked questions related to the matters discussed.

A total of 54 newly-hired Administrative Aide III attended the program.(CMGRafols)
