IMPLEMENTING GUIDELINES FOR ALL INDIVIDUALS WHO WILL ENTER THE UNIVERSITY PREMISES (ALL CAMPUSES)
Effective May 18, 2020
I. STRICT IMPLEMENTATION OF THE DOH, IATF, and POST ECQ PROTOCOLS for every individual who will enter inside the University premises (all campuses)
a. Outsiders and employees who are identified as PUIs or PUMs are not allowed to enter the University premises without clearance from DOH. The negative result of the COVID-19 test or the Updated Health Monitoring Card must be presented. Employees who are returning from other municipalities/provinces/regions with several COVID-19 cases shall also seek clearance from RHU.
b. All individuals entering the University premises are required to wear a face mask. No Face Mask, No Entry Policy shall be implemented in the University.
c. The security guards who will man the University Gates shall be provided with the required PPEs and shall be equipped with thermal scanners.
d. Security guards with scanner will be posted at the gate of the campus to check all the requirements and to monitor body temperature of all individuals who wish to enter the University premises.
e. All individuals found to have temperature above the normal (37.5 oC or higher), or who have cough or colds, will not be given access to the campus.
f. The use of biometrics to check the attendance of the employees is temporarily suspended. The use of logbooks is encouraged.
g. Roving SGs are instructed to apprehend all individuals who will not observe proper physical distancing. Likewise, those gathering in a group of more than 10 people without observing proper distancing shall be dispersed.
h. All deliveries are not allowed access inside the University, except those that are official and authorized by the University President.
II. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR FACULTY MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES AND STUDENTS
a. No Employee ID, No Entry policy will be implemented. Faculty members and employees who seek entrance to the campus shall present their valid employee IDs as required in the checkpoints. Their names shall be submitted to the security guards on duty and shall be identified employees authorized to report to the campus.
b. Faculty members and employees who are not on the list shall not be allowed access to the University.
c. All reporting employees shall bring their own food and utensils. No canteen will be allowed to open for dine in.
d. Since the semester officially ended, no students are allowed entrance to the University except those who are given special permission by the campus administrators or college deans.
