As testament of its efforts to deliver top-notch services across borders, Cavite State University (CvSU) bagged four awards at the 2023 Commission on Higher Education (CHED) CALABARZON Internationalization Awards, December 14, in Lipa City, Batangas.
Vice President for Academic Affairs Dr. Ma. Agnes P. Nuestro and International and Local Collaboration and Linkages Office Director Prof. Ma. Veronica P. Peñaflorida received the Top Five Outstanding Higher Education Institution (HEI) in Internationalization award for CvSU in recognition of its efforts for advancing the internationalization of Philippine higher education.
CvSU is also awarded as the Top Three Performing HEI in Internationalization for Community Extension, and the Top Four Performing HEI in Internationalization for Resource Generation.
Lastly, the university was recognized for being the recipient of the Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) Stars Award in March 2023.
In October this year, CvSU brought home the Internationalization Champions of Nation-Building and Sustainability (ICONS) Awards 2023 – Ranking Award for its commendable performance as a three-star rated Philippine HEI by the QS World/Asia Rankings and Star Ratings. (Photos courtesy of ILCLO)
