Cavite State University (CvSU) is recognized as the top 2 performing State University and College (SUC) with the highest number of Level III programs accredited by the Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines, Inc. (AACCUP).
The plaque of recognition was awarded to CvSU during the 38th AACCUP National Conference on March 5-7, 2025 at the Marikina Polytechnic College in Sta. Elena, Marikina City.
Representing the University at the national conference were Dr. Almira G. Magcawas, Vice President for Planning and Development; Mr. John Xavier B. Nepomuceno, Vice President for Administrative and Support Services; Asst. Prof. Armina B. Pugay, Campus Administrator of CvSU Naic Campus; Dr. Lauro D. Pascua, Campus Administrator of CvSU CCAT Campus; Prof. Zannie I. Gamuyao, Faculty Regent; Dr. Pia Rhoda P. Lucero, Director of Institutional Development Office; Prof. Nancy C. Alaras, Director of Pollution Control Office; and Prof. Ronan M. Cajigal.
With the theme “Elevate, Empower, and Expand QA in Higher Education,” the national conference served as a platform for academic leaders, quality assurance (QA) professionals, and accreditors nationwide to strengthen collaboration and innovation in enhancing QA standards in higher education.
