Cavite State University Main Campus was hailed champion in the Regional Annual Administrative Tactical Inspection (RAATI) 2025 during the awarding and closing ceremony held at Camp General Mateo Capinpin in Tanay, Rizal on July 25, 2025.
With an impressive score of 98.06%, the Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (ROTC) Unit of the CvSU Main Campus outperformed 24 other participating colleges and universities to emerge as the champion in the area of responsibility of the 4th Regional Community Defense Group, Reserve Command, Philippine Army (4RCDG RESCOM, PA).
Following the RAATI conducted on May 24, the Unit ranked eighth among the 555 ROTC units in the Philippines.
Meanwhile, CvSU CCAT Campus is also among the participating units in the top spot after securing fifth place with a score of 92.93%.
During the annual RAATI, the RESCOM PA assesses the administrative efficiency, training management, military proficiency, and training quality of ROTC units of various colleges and universities across the region.
Receiving the award on behalf of the CvSU Main ROTC Unit were Ms. Sharon M. Isip, Dean of the Office of Student Affairs and Services and Overall National Service Training Program Coordinator; Col Ciriaco A. Lomas-e GSC (INF) PA, 402nd Director; Maj Eugene G. Espino (INF) PA, Commandant; Ms. Kristine Joy E. Sierra, Head of Research, Monitoring, and Evaluation of Student Services and Culture and the Arts; and ROTC Cadet officers including Corps Commander C/Col Kathleen Joyce C. del Mundo and Battalion Staff Members C/LTC Ma. Ronna Mae C. Puda and C/LTC Julie L. Quimson.
