Cavite State University (CvSU) officials headed by University President Dr. Hernando D. Robles joined the 28th Regular Committee Hearing of the House Committee on Higher and Technical Education chaired by Baguio City Lone District Rep. Mark O. Go, February 26.
The Committee held initial deliberation of the bills establishing campuses of state universities, including House Bill (HB) No. 9803 which seeks to convert CvSU Bacoor City Campus into a regular campus.
HB No. 9803 “An Act Converting the Campus of the Cavite State University located in the City of Bacoor, Province of Cavite, into a Regular Campus of the Cavite State University to be known as the Cavite State University – City of Bacoor Campus, and Appropriating Funds Therefor,” is sponsored by Cavite 2nd District Rep. Lani Mercado – Revilla, AGIMAT Party List Rep. Bryan B. Revilla, and Cavite 1st District Rep. Ramon Jolo B. Revilla III.
