ADMISSION PROCEDURES:

Senior high graduate and ALS passers

    1.  Undergo online application using the link (https://registrar.cvsu.edu.ph/osas/) to encode completely the needed information in the application form.
    2.  Print the accomplished form in A4-size bond paper and submit together with the certified true copy of documentary requirements at the Office of Student Affairs And Services (OSAS) from Mondays to Thursdays 7am – 6pmn for the schedule of exam
    3.  Undergo exam as scheduled
    4.  Get the exam result and Notice of Admission
    5.  Undergo medical exam
    6.  Submit original documents at University Registrar Office for enrolment

Transferees and Second Coursers

    1.  Undergo online application using the link (https://registrar.cvsu.edu.ph/osas/) to encode completely the needed information in the application form.
    2.  Print the accomplished form in A4-size bond paper and submit together with the certified true copy of documentary requirements at the Office of Student Affairs And Services (OSAS) from Mondays to Thursdays 7am – 6pm
    3.  Undergo college interview/evaluation as endorsed by OSAS
    4.  Undergo exam as scheduled
    5.  Get the exam result and Notice of Admission
    6.  Undergo medical exam
    7.  Submit original documents at University Registrar Office for enrolment

Foreign students

    1.  Undergo online application using the link (https://registrar.cvsu.edu.ph/osas/) to encode completely the needed information in the application form and print it on A4-size bond paper.
    2.  Show the certified true copy of documentary requirements at the University Registrar Office for verification
    3.  Submit the accomplished form and requirements at the Office of Student Affairs And Services (OSAS) from Mondays to Thursdays 7am – 6pm
    4.  Pay P150 exam fee at Cashier Office and undergo exam as scheduled
    5.  Get the exam result and Notice of Admission
    6.  Undergo medical exam
    7.  Submit original documents at University Registrar Office for enrolment

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Senior high graduate

    1. Certified true copies of:
      • Grade-12 Report Card
      • Good Moral Certificate
    1. 2 copies of 1×1 ID picture with name tag
    2. Short ordinary folder

** For students who wish to take Architecture, Computer Science, and Engineering courses – you need to bring your Grade-11 Report Card for evaluation

** Engineering courses only accepts STEM strand

** Grade requirement-

 85 and above in Math, Science and English subjects
· Education courses Final grade of 85 and above

ALS passers

    1. Certified true copies of:

– Certificate of Rating

– Good Moral Certificate

    1. 2 copies of 1×1 ID picture with name tag
    2. Short ordinary folder

** ALS passers will only be accepted to non-board courses

Transferee

    1. Certified true copies of:
      • Transcript of Records or Copy of Grades (duly signed by Registrar)
      • Honorable Dismissal
      • Good Moral Certificate
    1. Photocopy of NBI clearance
    2. 2 copies of 1×1 ID picture with name tag
    3. Short ordinary folder

** Grade requirement for transferee is GPA of 2.00 (equivalent of 85%) or better and no failed grade.

** No transferee or shiftee shall be admitted for the following:

·      Engineering programs – after the first year level

·      other programs – after the second year level

·      Doctor of Veterinary Medicine – after the fourth year level

Second Courser

    1. Certified true copies of:

– Transcript of Records

– Transfer of Credential Certificate

    1. 2 copies of 1×1 ID picture with name tag
    2. Short ordinary folder

Foreign Students

1. Certified True Copy of the following:

      • Report Card or Transcript of Records From The High School Last Attended
      • Good Moral Certificate
      • Honorable Dismissal (for transferee)
      • Student Visa (Passport)
      • Police Clearance from their Country of origin and
      • authenticated Affidavit of Financial Support

2. 2 Copies Of 1×1 ID Picture With Name Tag

3. Short Ordinary Folder
