Announcement for Admission Main Campus

1. Admission examination of applicants for incoming first year college, transferees and second coursers is cancelled due to COVID-19 pandemic.

2. Applicants who had a schedule of appointment with the Office of Student Affairs and Services (OSAS) from March 11-30, 2020 and those who registered online from April 1-10, 2020 may submit their credentials in any available means including but not limited to the following:

3. The following are the required documents/credentials which can be submitted either in hard or soft copy (scanned, screen shots etc.):

• • • Copy of the filled out application form for admission;
    • Grade 12 report card; and
    • Certification of good moral character

 

4. The grades of applicants shall be evaluated according to the admission policy of the University. Below are the documents to be submitted for evaluation:

• • • Incoming 1^st year –           Grade 12 report card of Senior High School graduates/completers
    • Transferees  –           Transcript of records

• • • Second coursers  –           Transcript of records

5. The grades reflected in the Transcript of Record (TOR) / Certificate of Grades (COG) of transferees and second coursers will be evaluated in accordance with the admission/retention policy of CvSU. The grade requirement for transferee is GPA of 2.00 (equivalent of 85%) or better and no failed grade.

6. No transferee or shiftee shall be admitted for the following programs and year level:

• • • Engineering programs – after the first year level
    • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine program – after the fourth year level
    • Other programs – after the second year level

7. Application for transferees and second course students is still open. They may apply on-line using this link: https://registrar.cvsu.edu.ph/osas/ and may submit their application form and other requirements in any available means including but not limited to the following:

8. Qualified applicants for college admission shall be notified regarding their admission in any means, including but not limited to email, FB Messenger, text messages, phone calls, courier, etc.

9. Application for admission of incoming first year college students at CvSU Main Campus is already closed. The Main campus has reached more than the maximum capacity/number of applicants for First Semester, SY 2020- 2021.
