Distribution of Academic, Service, and B2HELP Scholarship benefits

What: Releasing of Stipend (9:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
Who: Academic and Service Scholars – 1st semester 2019 – 2020 (basis of grades – 2nd semester 2018 – 2019) – MAIN CAMPUS ONLY
Where: University Chapel in front of gate 2(waiting area)

Brgy. Health Certificate/Medical Certificate

Blue Ink Ball pen
If the student is not available on the given schedule:

you may claim your stipend on March 1 – 4 and 8 – 10, 2021 only – NO EXTENSION or:

immediate family member can only claim your stipend and please bring the following:

Authorization letter with student signature

Photocopy of student id with 3 specimen signature
-
Photocopy of family member id with 3 specimen signature

Kung wala po kayo sa list pero may nakalagay na academic scholar sa COG nyo last second semester 2018 – 2019 paki email nyo po ako sa bryanroi.osas@cvsu.edu.ph and paki attach po ang cog nyo ng 2nd sem 2018 – 2019.
Kung ang student number nyo po ay nag sisimula sa 2019xxxxx hinde po kayo kasama dito…second sem 2019 – 2019 po kayo makakabilang.
