CvSU signs MOU with University of Central Missouri
In its to pursuit to boost the internationalization of its program offerings, Cavite State University entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on Educational Cooperation with the University of Central Missouri (UCM). The actual signing of the MOU by Dr. Philip Bridgmon, Provost and Chief Learning Officer of UCM, happened on 18 February while the ceremonial virtual MOU signing of the document was on 03 March 2021.
Sereno graces CAS’ founding anniversary
The College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) marked its 23rd founding anniversary with a simple virtual celebration attended by students, faculty, and staff of the College, and some members of the administrative council, on 11 February.
Education Circle raises money for kapaTEDs

PCAARRD grants P20.2M to CvSU extension projects
With a total budget of P20,219,480, the Philippine Council for Agriculture, Aquatic, and Natural Resources Research and Development (PCAARRD) approved three extension projects of Cavite State University (CvSU) for implementation this year.
GoTrace app gets a thumbs up
The web-based contact tracing app, GoTrace, developed by the CvSU – CCAT Research and Extension team was recently presented to Rosario, Cavite Vice Mayor Hon. Antonio “Mao” Luna Jr. and he was impressed with its usability.
CvSU congratulates newly licensed vets
Two hundred ninety-two out of 696 takers passed the February 2021Veterinarian Licensure Examination, eight of whom were graduates of Cavite State University – College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences.
CvSU med tech first time takers post 100% in licensure exam
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced on 08 February that 1,919 out of 2,835 passed the Medical Technologist Licensure Examination.
All the twelve first time takers from CvSU passed the said exam while a re-taker failed. Overall, the university posted a 92.31% performance.
Admin council conducts strat planning workshop
To further focus on the directions of the University in 2021 to 2024, the CvSU Administrative Council convened for the first part of the strategic planning workshop series on 4 February via Cisco Webex.
