In its second year, the national championships of the Philippine Reserve Officers' Training Corps (ROTC) Games was held at Cavite State University (CvSU) in Indang, Cavite, August 18-24.
Themed “Husay ng ROTC, Husay ng Kabataan,” cadet athletes, coaches, officials, and staff from various higher education institutions (HEIs) across the country gathered for the national championships which aims to promote camaraderie, nationalism, sports development, and the ROTC program.

A total of 182 examinees from CvSU’s Main, Bacoor City, General Trias, Imus, Silang, Tanza, and Trece Martires campuses successfully passed the August 2024 Psychometricians Licensure Examination with a national passing rate of 69.78%.
Cavite State University’s (CvSU) Jan Elvin P. Cezar is top 10 in the August 2024 Medical Technologists Licensure Examination.
CvSU posted 89.89% (169 out of 188 examinees) in the recently concluded licensure examination with a national passing rate of 69.47%.
Two Cavite State University (CvSU) faculty members successfully completed the 2024 Leadership Development Program for Higher Education Institutions (LDP-HEIs) in Southeast Asia.
Dr. Bettina Joyce P. Ilagan, Dean of the Graduate School and Open Learning College, and Dr. Rhodora S. Crizaldo, Associate Professor V, completed the hybrid training program co-organized by the Southeast Asian Regional Center for Graduate Study and Research in Agriculture (SEARCA) and The HEAD Foundation.
