As a testament of its continuing efforts to sustain a culture of excellence in higher education, Cavite State University (CvSU) has been named as one of the top universities in the country with the highest number of accredited programs in 2023.
This as the Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines (AACCUP), Inc., awarded CvSU as the second top performing university with the highest number of Level III and IV, and third top performing university with the highest number of Level II accredited programs in 2023.
In 2023, CvSU recorded a total of 63 Level II, 31 Level III, and five Level IV accredited undergraduate and graduate programs.
The awarding is part of the 37th Annual National Conference and General Assembly of AACCUP, Inc., March 20-22, at the Century Park Hotel in Malate, Manila.
Themed “Sustaining a Workplace Culture of Quality Assurance and Accreditation,” this year’s conference centers on the sharing of best practices and engaging with stakeholders in building and sustaining a culture of excellence in higher education institutions (HEIs) through quality assurance (QA) and accreditation. It also focuses on strengthening institutional policies, and the approaches to enhancing QA and accreditation internalization in HEIs.
