The CvSU Administrative Council members planted 50 kaong (Arenga pinnata) and 50 dao (Dracontomelon dao) seedlings at the New Acquired Land on 18 July 2022.
Officer-in-Charge (OIC) to the Office of the University President Dr. Ma. Agnes P. Nuestro with the Vice President for Administrative Support and Services Dr. Camilo A. Polinga, VP for Research and Extension Dr. Melbourne R. Talactac, OIC to the Office of the Vice President for Planning and Development Dr. Mary Jane D. Tepora, and OIC to the Office of the Vice President for External and Business Affairs Ms. Lolita G. Herrera led the planting of trees.
Organized by the University Pollution Control Office along with the Sugar Palm Research, Information and Trade (SPRINT) Center and CvSU Future Earth Philippines Committee, the activity is also in support of the Center’s mission to increase the kaong population in Cavite.
