Memorandum of Understanding between Cavite State University and Beijing Phihua International Education Technology Co., Ltd based in China.
The ceremonial MOU Signing was spearheaded by Dr. Hernando D. Robles, University President with Prof. Ma. Veronica P. PeΓ±aflorida, Director for International and Local Collaboration and Linkages Office, PHIHUA President, Dr. Mei Yakun with Ms. Mao Qi, Director of PHIHUA Philippine Affairs. The partnership was made for the mutual development of the two institutions and promotion of international understanding and goodwill.
Other witnesses of the ceremony were Dr. Rudy Sabas, consultant of PHIHUA, and CvSU officials composed of Dr. Maria Soledad M. Lising, Dean of College of Economics, Management and Development Studies; and Prof. Adora Joy T. Plete, Director for Public Affairs and Communications Office. #SHINECvSU
