Participating faculty member and student tandem from Cavite State University (CvSU) Trece Martires City Campus emerged as champions in the 16th Philippine Food Expo 2024 Culinary Challenge, April 12-14, at the World Trade Center in Pasay City.
CvSU Trece Martires City Campus Department of Hospitality Management faculty member Mr. Jess Aquino Jr. and BS Hospitality Management senior student Fermor Sumatra Jr. II. won in the “Mystery Ingredient” category, besting competitors from 35 other participating hospitality and culinary schools from Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
