In its second year, the national championships of the Philippine Reserve Officers' Training Corps (ROTC) Games was held at Cavite State University (CvSU) in Indang, Cavite, August 18-24. CvSU posted 89.89% (169 out of 188 examinees) in the recently concluded licensure examination with a national passing rate of 69.47%.
